During high-demand drops, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email.

International Shipping
7–14 business days depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Selected delivery method

From time to time, GDM may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by GDM.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, GDM is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.

However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information, which will be sent to the email used at checkout.
